Shadow is one of the kittens for whom this rescue was started. He is chill and enjoys sitting at the front door or windows, looking out at birds and squirrels. His purrs are loud, and he loves to make biscuits on blankets while staring through his gold eyes. He loves to sleep at the end of the bed or cuddle right next me. He's a big baby, part of the family and fits right in with the big cats. Shadow bonds well with Nala and Remus.

Nala came to the rescue on 04/30. She was rescued from an indoor cat colony and was living in an unsafe living environment. Once in the rescue, her health quickly improved. She is chill and enjoys sitting at the front door or by the windows, looking out at the birds and squirrels. She is so loving. She loves to roll around the floor and play with toy springs. She fits right in with the big cats. She nibbles at our fingers when we pet her, but she loves attention. She’ll sleep at the end of the bed, on the cat trees, on the cat beds, or just wherever she plops down, like the middle of the floor. She’s a bit chunky now. Nala bonds well with Shadow.

Remus came to the rescue on 05/04. He and his siblings were found in someone’s backyard. The momma was feral and couldn’t be caught at the time. Remus loves attention, wants to be in your face, and has a dramatic meow while tilting his head sideways. He is more chill, except at nighttime when he wants to run around and parkour off the walls in the kitten room while chasing toys. He is a lap kitty and loves being held. He goes back and forth between hanging with the big cats and the kitten room. Remus bonds well with Sophia, Leia, and Shadow.

Pearl came to the rescue on 05/27 with her babies. They were found on someone’s back porch. She has big, beautiful blue eyes and looks like a Siamese mix. Pearl was obviously an indoor cat at one point. She hisses at the big cats, so she stays in the kitten room. She is quirky, playful, and chill. She sits back and observes the kittens playing, while trying to maintain her distance, although she does play with them. She bonds with her babies: Cecile, Thragg, and Ruby. Cleopatra likes to pounce on her, and they will roll around playing for a while.

Piper came to the rescue on 06/14 with her siblings. They were rescued from an indoor cat colony. They are small for their ages. Piper took a while to adjust to the other kittens. She would pounce at them while growling. She’s adjusted to them after being spayed. She is affectionate and loves to be held. She will roll around in your arms and rub your face for attention. She is active, curious, quirky, and playful. She occasionally hangs out with the big cats. She bonds with any of the kittens now, but mainly with Tinkerbell and Cleopatra.
